Product replacement-return
In all cases of a return of goods, transportation costs are borne by the Customer. Except for the return of defective goods under warranty in which case the cost of return for replacement of the product shall be borne by Eri Service Srl.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference to VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, subject to the above: to exercise this right, the customer must send Eri Service Srl a telematic communication to that effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, to the address info@solaresicurezza.it.
Upon receipt of the above notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service of Eri Service Srl will notify the Customer of instructions on how to return the goods, which must arrive within 10 days of authorization. However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (ex: accessories, attached software, etc...);
the right does not apply to products once they have been used;
Some products said customized e.g. screen printed and/or numbered garments on request will not qualify for the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer who must also return the product(s) to the sender by their own means and at their own expense complete with a copy of the order, receipt and/or invoice of sale (it is advisable to always use a mode of shipment that guarantees delivery because in case of loss/theft of the package, Eri Service Srl can not be responsible for anything).
the purchased goods must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc. ...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box, on which to affix the label with the address, should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;
Until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, returned goods are the full responsibility of the Customer;
in case of damage to the goods during transport, Eri Service Srl will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
Eri Service Srl is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, Eri Service Srl will deduct from the refund due a percentage, but no more than 10% of it, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Eri Service Srl will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal by Bank Transfer; it will be the responsibility of the Customer to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain reimbursement (Cod.IBAN - ABI - CAB - Current Account). The right of withdrawal lapses totally for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its contents) in cases where Eri Service Srl ascertains:
the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
Damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Eri Service Srl will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the same shipping costs.
