BACK-UP is a device developed for fall protection systems at work at height.
Ideal for use with EN1891 type A ropes of 10.5 or 11 mm.
Using a non-toothed mechanism that reduces possible damage to the rope, BACK-UP turns out to be one of the least aggressive devices on the market.
Supplied with a connector mod. OVALONE CARBON, it can also be used without a lanyard or energy sink.
It is equipped with a selector switch that allows you to choose between two modes of use:

• free flow along the rope in both directions
• sliding only upward, which allows the user to reduce the drop factor.

It can also be used as an ascending blocker or as a blocker for recovery systems.

Supplied with a connector mod. OVALONE CARBON ANSI, this version also complies with ANSI Z359.15.
