Shipping methods

Shipping charges are as follows:

  • € 12.00 for purchases up to € 99.00
  • FREE for purchases over € 99.00

Shipments to Italy are via courier selected by solaresicurezza.it and delivery times are 24/48/72 business hours from the time of shipment.

Mode of delivery

Each order processed is delivered with a regular invoice; shipping costs, at the time provided, are borne by the Customer to the extent quantified by www.solaresicurezza.it.
No responsibility can be attributed to Eri Service Srl in case of delay in the processing of the order or delivery of what was ordered. Delivery is at street level without assembly. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that: - the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note. - the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping). Any damage and/or missing packages must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery by signing the pick-up coupon with the words "RITIRO CON RISERVA." Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with an e-mail addressed to info@solaresicurezza.it specifying name, surname, order number, and shipment number. If the package is severely damaged in such a way that it has definitely also caused damage to the inner contents, we ask you to reject the goods by clearly asking you to always put the words "MERCE RIFIUTATA COLLO DANNEGGIATO" on the bill. Please give written notice by e-mail addressed to info@solaresicurezza.it.
WARNING: APPLYING THE RESERVATION IS A RIGHT SANCTIFIED BY ART. 1698 OF THE CIVIL CODE; therefore, even though everything may seem regular, it is useful to affix the control reserve because IF YOU ACCEPT THE GOODS WITHOUT ANY CLAIM AND WITHOUT RESERVATION, YOU CAN IN NO WAY CLAIM FOR ANY DEFECTS OR DAMAGES. If the courier does not find anyone at home, he leaves a copy of the slip indicating the type of goods to be delivered and the telephone number of the branch to contact for delivery. The next day, the courier makes a second delivery attempt, and if he finds no one at home again, he leaves a second notice. At this point, the package goes into storage for 3 days, during which the customer has the opportunity to pick it up at the address indicated on the notice. After the first notice, it is important to contact the courier immediately to avoid having to pick up the package at the depot.
Once the 3-day storage period is completed, the package returns to the sender. If the courier is unable to deliver the ordered material due to your absence on the day of delivery to the address indicated, the costs of storage are borne by the customer and amount to 10.00 euros. In the event of failure to collect within 3 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled, and the Customer will be charged for the return costs.
